The Sugar Plum is a caffeinated dream. Think of it this way: what if you could get all of the creamy, heavy goodness of a classic tasting coffee or espresso, but without the normal oily roast? The notes of brown sugar and plum with a hint of spice accent each other perfectly. This coffee plays particularly nice as espresso, while remaining wonderful as brewed hot or iced coffee. It’s the type of coffee we want to drink all day, every day, until we can’t anymore and switch to decaf so we can actually wake up tomorrow and drink more of this coffee.
- Processing Method – coffee is picked ripe and depulped the same day, fermented underwater for 18 hours, and washed three times before being spread on cement patios to dry for 7 days.
