class to be held on 3/10/2019 from Noon until 2pm.
at this class, home coffee roasting techniques will be taught and practiced by participants, such as:
- how to roast fresh coffee at home
- stages of the roast
- roast levels & development
- flavor profiles of roasted coffee
- tasting different roast levels
participants will learn how to roast at home, what techniques and equipment can be used and how to dial coffee in for their own personal preferences. roasting is both a science and an art, so there’s no one universal school of thought – we can simply help teach how we roast our coffee so you have a starting point to learn and experiment on your own!
